Math:   Quiz on lessons 6,7, 10.  Gridbook notes, Lesson 11.  Homework Lesson 11T worksheet.

Air Car work:  Students have Tue, Wed, Thursday to work on Cars in class.  Classroom races will be scheduled soon.  If a student wins the classroom race, he or she will get to keep their car for free and advance to the District Championships!

Miss Rianna will visit tomorrow to help us with our Air Cars!

We watched Marcel the shell with shoes as comedy relief after a good day of state testing.  Watch it;  very cute!

Science:  Motion poster work... all six words are listed.  Now each student must add the definition in their own words and sketch that helps demonstrate that they understand the word.  Add color and details for an A!

OAKS testing and Science Motion

First day of state testing today.  Students have as much time as needed to complete the test.  We are scheduled in the lab from 12:35-1:20 Tues, Wednesday.

Science Motion Posters.  We added definitions for rate, momentum and inertia today.

Air Cars begin next week.  Students need good cardboard and 2 AA batteries.

Newton's Laws, Air Cars, and Disney Rides

Math:  warm-up, new seats, math problems with partners on white boards.  No homework.
Science:  Newton's Laws related to Disney rides dvd.

State Assessment Monday-Wednesday 12:35-1:20.

Air Cars begin April 11th.  Send quality cardboard and double A batteries to school.    Students can buy their car for 5$.  Otherwise they will have to take it apart at the end of the unit.  Students who advance to the district races will get their car for free.
